Welcome to Winjitsu. These terms are an agreement between you and Rick Tew, who operates Winjitsu. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Winjitsu.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for what happens under your account. Give accurate information when you sign up, and let us know if you think your account has been used without your permission.

How you may use Winjitsu

Winjitsu is for your own personal growth. Do not misuse the app, try to break or bypass its security, or use it to harm, harass, or deceive anyone. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Books, courses, and content

The books, lessons, and other materials in Winjitsu are the intellectual property of Rick Tew and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. Please do not copy, redistribute, or resell them.

Direct Connect and Experts

Experts on Direct Connect share the method they have lived so you can make it your own. They are independent people, not employees of Winjitsu, and what they share is their own view, not professional advice. Payments for Expert requests are processed by our payment provider; Winjitsu helps connect you and is not a party to the advice itself.

Subscriptions, payments, and refunds

The core ACE method is free, and it stays free even if you never pay. Full access is a subscription billed through Stripe, our payment provider; the exact price, what it unlocks, and the renewal cycle are shown on the checkout page before you pay, with no hidden fees and no fake discounts.

You can cancel anytime from your account page. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for, and your progress and your free ACE method remain yours.

If a charge went wrong, for example a double charge, or you paid and genuinely could not access what you paid for, email info@ricktew.com within 14 days and we will make it right, including a refund where that is the fair outcome. Beyond that, a monthly subscription is refunded by cancelling: you simply are not charged again.

One-off purchases, such as an Expert request on Direct Connect, show their full price on the button before you confirm, and you are only charged when you confirm.

Winjitsu is educational and motivational. It is not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. For decisions that need a professional, please speak with one.
